Sealers for Plastic Strapping

Also known as crimpers, these sealers secure seals (sold separately) onto plastic strapping. They create tight, reliable joints that prevent loads from shifting during transit.
To match with compatible strapping, choose items with the same material, width, and thickness. You can also match by material and strapping group number.
Sealers For Smooth Seals—Work with embossed polypropylene strapping for lighter-duty bundling.
Sealers For Serrated Seals—Grip smooth polyester strapping for heavier loads that require greater joint strength and tension retention.

These tensioners apply extreme tension on plastic strapping to hold it tight around packages. They hold the bottom strap and tension the top strap by winding it around a take-up wheel. They have a built-in cutter for removing excess strapping.

These tools do double duty, pulling plastic strapping tight and then fastening it with a seal (sold separately). They have multiple levers for tensioning and sealing.

Battery-Powered Friction-Weld Tensioners/Sealers for Plastic Strapping

These tools use heat to secure strapping without crimping on a seal. They automatically apply tension, weld strapping onto itself, and cut off the excess strapping.
