Straight Cutting Pattern	Circle Cutting Pattern

Style B guides are for making straight, beveled, and circular cuts. For straight or beveled cuts, attach a jigsaw or circular saw to the guide and use the slide like a T-square to keep your blade at a set distance from the edge as you cut. The guide has a range of 1" to 11_1/2" for jigsaws and 1" to 14" for circular saws. For circular cuts, use this guide like a compass and pencil to create a perfect circle between 6" and 24" in diameter. Drill a pilot hole in your workpiece at the center of the hole. One end of the guide fits into the pilot, and a jigsaw mounts to the other end. This keeps the blade at a fixed distance from the pivot as you cut. While cutting, use your free hand to ensure the saw stays in place.

Dual-Wheel Vertical Band Saw Blade Guides

Two ball bearing wheels support band saw blades and accurately guide straight and contoured cuts in more rugged-duty applications than a single wheel guide. They adjust to fit various blade widths and thicknesses and adapt for right- and left-hand mounting near the top or bottom wheel. Mounting holes on the back of each guide fit onto your saw's mounting stud, and set screws lock the guide in place. These guides fit most band saws.

Make precise circular cuts with your router. These guides help you cut arcs at a specific distance from a set point—they’re often used to create the rounded edges of a workpiece.

Circle Cutting Pattern

Style A guides include a base plate that’s compatible with plunge-base routers. To set up your cut, mount the base plate to your router, drill a starter hole for the centering pin, and connect a circle guide between the pin and base plate. Once connected, the guide holds the router at the correct distance from the circle center. Use the small circle guide to make 1 _1/2"-12" diameter cuts; the large circle guide makes cuts with a 10"-52" diameter. These kits include a router bit and drill bit as well as an offset base for improved stability while finishing edges.

Router Guide

Style B guides include a base plate that can mount to both fixed- and plunge-base routers. Securely tape the included pivot plate to the desired center point of your cut, then connect the pivot plate to the base plate with the router guide. Once connected, the guide holds your router at the correct distance from the circle center. These guides can also be used to make straight cuts. An included adapter lets you attach a vacuum hose to control dust.

Hole Saw Pilot for Enlarging Holes

Easily enlarge an existing hole by giving your hole saw a stable, centered base. These pilots turn the smaller hole saw you used to make the original hole into an anchor for your larger hole saw. First, attach the larger hole saw to your arbor. Then replace your arbor’s pilot drill bit with the pilot. The smaller hole saw threads onto the pilot upside down, so the teeth face away from the material being cut. When you start to cut the larger hole, the smaller hole saw will slip into the existing hole and keep your arbor and larger hole saw aligned.

These pilots fit all brands of threaded hole saws.
