Rodless Air Slides

With no external moving parts, these air slides provide a long stroke, but have a static footprint—only the carriage on top moves. They have a magnetic piston so you can use them with sensors (not included) to activate relays and controllers.

Sensor Ready Low Profile

Sensor-ready low-profile slides have a shorter height than standard slides to fit in tight locations. Barrel is aluminum and end caps and carriage are plastic.

Moisture Absorbing Breather Vents

Keep moisture, dirt, and debris from entering your oil reservoirs. The silica gel inside these breather vents absorbs moisture from the air, preventing rust from forming inside your tanks. The gel changes from blue to pink as it becomes saturated, letting you know it needs to be replaced. A second filter blocks dust and other particles from getting inside. These breather vents allow air to flow in and out of your lubrication system, keeping excess vacuum or pressure from building up in cylinders, gear boxes, and tanks.

Breather vents with a plastic body are clear, so a quick glance will tell you if the gel is saturated. Unlike steel versions, which can be rebuilt, the entire unit must be replaced when fresh gel is needed.

Calibration Columns

Calibrate the flow rate of metering pumps. A graduated scale with zero at the top lets you easily see how much fluid is lost over the course of a one-minute test. This will tell you your pump’s flow rate. Periodic testing helps alert you to issues in your system, such as worn or dirty valves. Checking the flow rate after performing maintenance ensures your pump is working properly.

Install the column between your reservoir and pump. They require shutoff access to your reservoir and an on/off valve (not included) at the point where they connect to your system. To start the test, open the on/off valve as the system is running to fill the column with fluid up to the zero mark. Shut off the valve and wait one minute before observing the liquid level in the column. After you've taken the reading, close the on/off valve to the column and reopen access to the reservoir.

PVC Body—PVC calibration columns are a good choice when working with water.
