    Wall-Mount Timer Switches

Use these switches in place of standard wall switches to automatically turn electrical equipment on or off after a set interval of time. They’re often used with lights.
Push Button with Countdown LCD, Set Time Recall and Beep and Light Alerts
Image of Product. Front orientation. Timer Switches. Wall-Mount Timer Switches, Countdown LCD, Timing-Adjustment Push Button.
Switches with set time recall retain the last setting; hold the button down to restart the timer with that setting.
Set switches with beep and light signals to alert when the timer is almost done; the signals can also be turned off.
With Override—Switches with override can bypass the automatic shut-off.

Outdoor Set-to-the-Minute High-Current Time and Day Activated Switches

Image of Product. Front orientation. Timer Switches. Outdoor Set-to-the-Minute High-Current Time and Day Activated Switches.
Rated NEMA 3R, these rain-tight switches protect against falling liquids and light splashing. More precise than other time and day switches, they program on/off times for equipment down to the exact minute. They control equipment with high currents, such as landscape lighting, pumps, and heaters. A backup battery maintains the program during a power outage.
24-Hr. Timing Cycle—24-hr. switches repeat the same program daily.
7-Day Timing Cycle—Seven-day switches can perform a different program each day of the week.
365-Day Timing Cycle—Seven-day/365-day switches can perform a different program each day of the week or year, and compensate for leap year and daylight savings time. Override regular programming for up to 99 holidays for any length of time. They can also be used to activate equipment such as bells and signals for just a few seconds.
Astronomical Timing—Switches with astronomical timing can be set to turn lights on and off based on sunrise and sunset.
Day Skipper—Switches with a day skipper can be programmed to skip operation for one to six days.

When these switches reach either of their two set pressures—both of which can be controlled from the display—they send digital signals to your programmable logic controller (PLC) to activate automated controls. This means you could turn on a pump at one setpoint if pressure drops too low and open a valve at another if pressure rises too high. These switches could also be used to signal an alarm before switching off a pump. For remote control and monitoring from your PLC or PC, connect an IO Link controller (not included). You’ll also need to set one of the outputs to use IO Link instead of a PNP or NPN signal.
Change your setpoint, reset point, scaling, and other settings using the display’s buttons. An adjustable reset point means you can control the amount of pressure change before the switch resets, also known as deadband or differential. Choose anywhere within the setpoint range for your reset point. The head rotates, so you can view the display from the best angle. To reduce stress on pipes in your pressure system, secure these switches against a wall or other structure with a mounting bracket (sold separately). Use these switches with an M12 cable (sold separately) to quickly connect and disconnect them.
All are rated IP65 and IP67, so they seal out dust and water from washdowns and brief submersion. UL and C-UL listed, all meet U.S. and Canadian safety standards.

DC Metallic-Object Proximity Sensors with Digital Display

Actuate your sensor with precision—these proximity sensors have an easy-to-read screen for precise distance inputs, measurements, and troubleshooting. Often installed on assembly lines with machine arms, these sensors pair with a sensor amplifier (sold separately) to determine if parts are in their expected location. When items are located outside your specified range, these sensors send a signal to automatically stop your equipment or to notify you of the error. Also known as inductive proximity sensors, they sense metallic objects even if they’re obscured by water, oil, dirt, or a surface finish. Choose your sensor based on the signal output required for your system. To determine the signal output of a sensor you are replacing, use Testers for Proximity and Photoelectric Sensors (not included).

    Precision Potentiometers

Control a device with 10 times the precision as our standard potentiometers. With a resolution of 0.1% or less, these potentiometers fine-tune an electrical flow, so you get the exact brightness, loudness, or speed you need. For example, use them to control the speed of a conveyor so packages move at just the right pace for labeling. Unlike standard potentiometers, confirm your settings on the display. Also known as variable output switches.

    Programmable Potentiometers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Potentiometers. Programmable Potentiometers.
For quick, repeatable adjustments to electronic equipment, these potentiometers adjust and save electrical settings. They’re typically used to control speed, volume, or light intensity. For example, if a conveyor needs different speeds for different tasks, you can program each speed into them. Set the digital display to show the specific measurement unit for your application, such as motor rpm.
Install them in a standard 1/8 DIN panel cutout. They’re NEMA 4X rated to resist corrosion, washdowns, and weather.

A digital display makes it easy to monitor the temperature and control when these switches turn heating equipment on and off. They have an adjustable reset, so you can change the temperature range between when they activate and deactivate, commonly referred to as deadband and differential. Use the keypad to adjust the setpoint and reset point anywhere on the setpoint range. They produce an electronic signal that is often used to communicate with a programmable logic controller (PLC), so they're common in control and automation applications. Install them directly into tanks, pipelines, and other process components using their threaded probe.
These switches have a micro M12 plug, so you can quickly connect and disconnect them.
Rated IP65 and IP67, these switches protect against dust and water from washdowns and temporary submersion. They’re also UL listed, C-UL listed, and CE marked, so they meet U.S., Canadian, and European safety standards.

Designed to work with landscape lighting and filter pumps, these switches turn equipment on and off at a set time and day. They control two devices at once, and have three-prong outlets to plug devices directly into the switch. All have an override to bypass the programmed on/off settings.
24-Hr. Timing Cycle—24-hr. switches repeat the same program daily. Position trippers around the clock dial to set on and off times.
7-Day Timing Cycle—Seven-day switches can perform a different program each day of the week. They have astronomical timing that can be set to turn lights on and off based on sunrise and sunset.

Install these switches in a panel cutout. More precise than other time and day switches, they program on/off times for equipment down to the exact minute. The seven-day timing cycle can perform a different program each day of the week. All have an override to bypass the programmed on/off settings. A backup battery maintains the program during a power outage.
2 Circuits Controlled—Two-circuit switches can apply a different program to each circuit.

Set-to-the-Minute High-Current Time and Day Activated Switches

Image of Product. Front orientation. Timer Switches. Set-to-the-Minute High-Current Time and Day Activated Switches.
For precise control of high-current equipment such as landscape lighting, pumps, and heaters, these switches schedule on/off times to the exact minute. A backup battery or capacitor maintains the program during a power outage.
7-Day Timing Cycle—Seven-day switches can perform a different program each day of the week. They have a day skipper that can suspend operation for one to six days.
2 Circuits Controlled—Two-circuit switches can apply a different program to each circuit.

Smart Time and Day Activated Switches

Use your smart phone to turn equipment on and off at a set time and day. These switches connect to your phone via NFC (near field communication) and work with a free app to set schedules, adjust settings, and save programs. They can perform a different program each day of the week, and they compensate for leap year and daylight savings time. You can remotely apply programs across compatible switches, so it’s easy to reprogram lighting or equipment in large facilities. These switches mount to a flat surface or attach to DIN rail.
Astronomical Timing—Switches with astronomical timing can be set to turn lights on and off based on sunrise and sunset.
