Handheld GPS Navigators
Navigate on foot with real-time GPS data. These handheld navigators access multiple Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) for accurate positioning even in remote locations and challenging environments such as dense forests. Use them to guide yourself to your destination, track and save up to 5,000 coordinates, and calculate the area of a location by walking its perimeter. They’re preloaded with topographic maps that include terrain contours, elevations, and bodies of water. Navigators have a color display, so it’s easy to read map details. To receive email, text, and call notifications on these navigators, link them to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Connect them to a computer with the included USB cable to upload additional maps or offload data and files. For extra storage, insert a memory card.

Multifunction Smartwatches
Keep your phone in your pocket and your hands free—these smartwatches perform a variety of functions on your wrist. They connect to Apple and Android phones via Bluetooth, informing you when calls, texts, and other notifications arrive. Designed for harsh environments and rugged use, they meet military standards for resistance to hot and cold temperatures, shock, splashes, and submersion in up to 100 meters of water. These watches have a compass and GPS for tasks such as navigation, tracking and saving location coordinates, and calculating the area of a location by walking the perimeter. Movement Monitoring Sensors for Vehicles and Machines
Mount these sensors to robot arms, cranes, and vehicles to accurately track their movements. Also known as inertial measurement units (IMUs), they hold sensors for attitude, angular velocity (rotation speed), and acceleration in a housing about the size of a hockey puck. As your machine moves, these sensors send data to vehicle systems and computers in real time using SAE J1939 protocols. They can trigger on-board safety systems, which alert operators to dangerous conditions, adjust a vehicle’s path to avoid accidents, and keep machines working in safe zones. Use these sensors right out of the box with the standard settings or customize them for specific applications with the included software. They’re rated IP67 and IP69K to hold up to dirty, dusty environments and washdowns with hot, high-pressure water.

Meters for Solar Power Systems
Find the best spot for new solar panels or check the performance of existing ones. These tools measure solar power in different ways, helping you comply with IEC 62446-1, a standard for testing, documenting, and maintaining solar panels connected to the grid. The data hold function freezes a measurement on the screen, so you have time to write it down. CE marked, all meet European safety standards.
Solar irradiance meters measure electromagnetic radiation, giving you a more precise sense of how much power a solar panel will generate than solar light meters. These meters also have two options for checking how heat affects your solar panel: a built-in temperature sensor and, for higher accuracy, a temperature probe. The integrated angle indicator and compass help you find the perfect tilt and orientation for your panels. Connect these meters to your smartphone via Bluetooth to easily store and share test results.
Solar irradiance meter kits include tools to measure current and voltage, so you can check if your panels are generating the expected power. To test current, position your panel’s wiring within the jaws of the clamp meter. Or, if your wiring is hard to reach or clamp around, attach the flexible AC probe to the clamp meter and loop it around your wiring. Neither method will interrupt your circuit, making frequent measurements possible. To measure voltage, wire the clamp meter’s test leads to your solar panel or power station.
