Chip-Clearing Carbide Drill Bits

The parabolic spiral flutes lift chips out of the hole, reducing clogging and improving coolant flow. For the highest accuracy and longest tool life, these solid-carbide bits are harder, stronger, and more wear resistant than high-speed steel, cobalt steel, and carbide-tipped bits. They retain a sharp, hard edge at high temperatures for the best performance on hard and abrasive material. These bits require rigid toolholding to prevent breakage and should not be used in hand-held drilling. All are jobbers’ length so they have the rigidity and length required for most applications.
Titanium-nitride (TiN) coated drill bits last longer and can drill at higher speeds than uncoated drill bits.

Ball-End Driver Shafts

Create your own tool by attaching these shafts to a handle, or use with socket wrenches and power tools. They have a ball end that allows angled entry to make good contact with the recess when a standard-tip shaft can’t.

Impact Spline Drive to Square Drive Adapters

Attach your square-drive impact socket to a spline-drive impact wrench. These tools are typically used where high torque is required, such as heavy equipment in the aerospace and automotive industries. These adapters are sturdy to withstand the high torque and force of impact tools.
