Style 1—Round, 90° Angle	Style 3—Round, 90° Angle

Highlight the edges of equipment and obstructions with these vibrant guards. Made of polyurethane foam, they pad corners to protect the people and objects that bump them. They also resist abrasion.

Adhesive Back—Adhesive-back guards allow for easy installation.

Screw In—Screw-in guards mount with fasteners. They’re more durable than adhesive-back guards.

Black/Fluorescent Yellow—Use the black/fluorescent yellow trim for more visibility during the day.

Extra Flexible—Bend around tight curves and contours.

Hardness Rating—The harder the guard, the better it stands up to impact and abrasion over time. The softer the guard, the more cushioning it has to protect the corner and the object that bumps it.

Plastic Edge Trim for Food and Beverage

Style 9

Protect the edges of equipment in food and beverage plants from bumps and scrapes. This trim is made of smooth, nonporous plastic to prevent bacteria from growing, and it's FDA compliant for direct contact with food. It stands up to impact and abrasion over longer periods than our rubber and foam trim, though it doesn’t offer the same protective cushion when people and parts bump against it.

Chemical-Resistant Slippery UHMW Polyethylene—Eases friction on cooler doors and other sliding edges while standing up to harsh cleaning agents such as bleach and alcohol-based disinfectants. While PTFE is even slipperier, UHMW polyethylene stands up better to abrasion and wear.

Hardness Rating—The harder the edge trim, the better it withstands impact and abrasion over time. The softer the edge trim, the more cushioning it provides for fragile materials such as glass and thin metal.

Flexible Reinforced Surface Guards


	Corner Guards

Strengthened with a metal core yet still bendable, these guards conform to curved surfaces and withstand repeated impact. Bend them around columns, curved walls, equipment edges, and even tight corners to protect against damage from carts, forklifts, and other vehicles.

Use any number of corner, edge, and surface guards to cover your area. Corner guards, edge guards, and end caps mount with fasteners. Surface guards can be installed with adhesive or fastened in place, which requires drilling.

Synthetic Rubber—Synthetic rubber surface guards are more impact and abrasion resistant than vinyl plastic guards.

Vinyl Plastic—Vinyl plastic surface guards are chemical resistant.

This hard plastic edge trim prevents denting and wear on everything from enclosure panels to safety mirrors. It stands up to knocks and scrapes over longer periods than our rubber and foam trim, though it doesn’t offer the same protective cushion when people and parts bump against it.

A vinyl cover snaps onto an aluminum base for strong impact protection and a clean, fastener-free look. The aluminum base reinforces these guards against repeated contact from carts and equipment, so they withstand high-traffic areas such as corridors and loading zones. Also known as crash rails.

Combine any number of corner guards, surface guards, and end caps to cover your area. To install, drill the included aluminum base, secure with fasteners, then snap on the cover.
