Hinged Cover |
Like storage cabinets, these enclosures keep everything covered and out of the way to prevent debris from settling on the contents. They’re often used as circuit breaker boxes, junction boxes, and to house lighting or HVAC controls in areas away from moisture and flying dust.
Hinged Cover—The cover swings open for fast, frequent access and remains attached to prevent drops or loss.
Powder-Coated Steel—Inherently strong, these enclosures resist denting and cracking better than our other metal options. The coating forms a barrier against water and mild detergents, but if scratched, the underlying steel may rust.

Vented Enclosures

Air flows freely to dissipate heat and reduce moisture buildup, while electronics stay protected from fingers and tools. These vented enclosures are often used to house sensors that monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality. To create a wire entry point, remove the knockout on the base with a screwdriver—no drilling required.
Lift-Off Cover—The removable, screw-secured cover is best for full access during setup or service, but not for frequent entry.
ABS—Resist denting, scratching, and chipping from hard knocks, but are not as strong as polycarbonate. They also stand up to oils, cleaners, and mild acids.
