Controlled-Access Dust-Tight Enclosures with Floor Stand

Security comes first with a keyed lock that prevents unauthorized access and tampering. Perched atop a floor stand, these cabinet-style enclosures are raised off the floor for convenient access and easier cleaning. Use them to house large motor controls, multiple power supplies, and complex wiring, while sealing out dust that's often created by grinding or drilling jobs. They also guard against oil leaks, water drips, and coolant sprays from milling machines.
Hinged Cover—The cover swings open for fast, frequent access and remains attached to prevent drops or loss.
Powder-Coated Steel—Inherently strong, these enclosures resist denting and cracking better than our other metal options. The coating forms a barrier against water and mild detergents, but if scratched, the underlying steel may rust.
Oil-Tight Enclosed Trough Raceway

Use this raceway to protect short, straight runs of wire and cable. To run wire and cable into and out of raceway, drill holes and pull it through.
Access wire and cable by opening the cover; it has hinges on one side. Screw-on clamps on the other side keep the cover closed.
NEMA 12 Enclosure Rating—This enclosure-like raceway, also known as wire trough, is rated NEMA 12 for protection from dust, dirt, and oil/coolant dripping.
IP55 Enclosure Rating—This raceway is also rated IP55 for protection from water projected from a nozzle.

Set up control switches, emergency stops, and indicating lights while guarding power supplies and wiring from a range of drips to drenches. All of these enclosures have a gasket that locks out moisture and dust to keep electrical components dry and contaminant-free.
Lift-Off Cover—The removable, screw-secured cover is best for full access during setup or service, but not for frequent entry.

Polyethylene—Rated IP55 and NEMA 4, polyethylene plastic enclosures keep your monitor dry in wet and outdoor environments. An anti-glare coating on the cover makes your display easy to see in bright light. Use a tilt bracket (sold separately) to mount these enclosures.
