    22 mm Panel-Mount Build-Your-Own Plastic Push-Button Switches

    Choose an actuator and contact block to make your own switch. Actuators are rated NEMA 3S, 4X and 13 for protection from dust, outdoor environments, corrosion, oil, and washdowns. They mount into standard panel cutouts. Use legend plates (not included) to label switches. BACO Controls switches are only compatible with BACO manufactured legend plates.

    Turn Reset with Guard

    Made of yellow polycarbonate plastic, these enclosed switches are easy to see and resist dents, chips, and cracks. They are more corrosion resistant than aluminum enclosed switches and withstand washdowns and oil/coolant spraying. Mount them to a wall or attach a cord grip to position them at your workstation. They have positive force contacts that will open a circuit when actuated, even if a spring fails or the contacts stick. A single push will immediately cut power.
    The switches can be reset by manually pulling, turning or unlocking them by key.
    With Guard—Switches with a guard prevent accidental actuation. To stop the switches from being reset or turned on during machine repairs, lock the guard with a padlock.

    Push-Button Safety Covers

    Lock out the on/off or emergency-stop buttons on machinery to prevent accidental or unauthorized startups, such as during maintenance. These lockout covers secure with padlocks and indicate to workers that a button is off for safety. By disabling push buttons, these safety covers also help you comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 lockout requirements for maintaining machinery.
