Steel Oversized Phillips Flanged Rounded Head Screws for Sheet Metal

With a wide, flanged head to distribute pressure, these screws prevent crushing or dimpling sheet metal. Their pointed tip starts a hole in sheets up to 0.025" thick, but for thicker material you’ll need to drill first. The Phillips drive handles enough torque to keep drivers from slipping.

Thread-Locking Stainless Steel Button Head Torx Screws

These Torx screws keep parts in place on machinery with vibration when fastening in corrosive environments. These screws have threadlocker bonded to the threads, saving you the time and mess of adding it yourself. Made of stainless steel, they won't rust, but they're not as strong as alloy steel. The button head looks similar to a pan head, but it's lower and more compact, taking up less space. With a deep six-lobe opening, the Torx drive prevents your driver from slipping and stripping the drive. Also known as star drives, they withstand more torque than slotted, Phillips, and hex drives.

18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these screws won't rust. However, they don't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.

Epoxy-Adhesive Threadlocker—With twice the holding power of nylon-patch threadlockers, these give you the best vibration resistance of our thread-locking rounded head screws. As you tighten these screws, the epoxies mix and harden to hold the screw in place.

Sealing Binding Barrels and Screws

Sealed with PVC foam under the head to prevent leaks and keep contaminants out. Barrels and screws have a low-profile head with a Torx drive. Screws have a knurled shoulder that resists rotation and adhesive on the threads to resist loosening. They're also known as Camtainer fasteners. A zinc plating provides corrosion resistance in wet environments. Barrel length is measured from under the head; screw length is measured from under the shoulder.
