    Choose an exhaust fan based on the size of your space and how often you want to refresh the air.

    Exterior-Wall-Mount Exhaust Fans

    Good when you don't have room to mount an exhaust fan inside your facility, these fans attach to openings in outside walls. Use them to draw stagnant and humid air out of a room or area.
    Note: Airflow depends on the resistance created by louvers, filters, and ductwork in your system. This resistance, known as static pressure (SP), is measured in inches of water.

    Fans with a totally enclosed motor enclosure can be used in dirty, dusty, and damp environments. They mount through the wall, so you'll need to cut a hole on the inside of the wall as well.
    Belt Drive—Belt-drive fans are quieter than direct-drive fans. They also last longer because their components can be replaced if damaged.
