Protect your face from low-level arc flashes when a full hood is not necessary.
All hard hats have a ratchet suspension that adjusts with an easy-turn knob.
Flip-Up Lens—The lens on these shields flips up, so you can keep your hard hat on during breaks from electrical work.
Green Lens—Shields with a green lens have a light tint that absorbs visible light and blocks glare. They let through 55% of visible light. While the green tint reduces glare, it also distorts colors, which may limit your ability to distinguish them.
Bronze Lens/Gray Lens—Shields with a bronze or gray lens allow all wavelengths of visible light to pass through without distorting colors. They’re ideal for electrical workers who work with colored wires or electrical tape.
PPE Category 2—These shields meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes for personal protective equipment (PPE) category 2.
Chin Guard—Shields with a chin guard protect your face from below.
Side Guards—Shields with side guards extend protection on the sides.
ANSI/ISEA Z87.1—The shields meet ANSI/ISEA Z87.1 basic impact standards when worn with safety glasses or goggles.
Arc-Rated PPE Category—Choose shields that meet the arc rated PPE category required by your workplace.

Get up close to your welds with these goggles. Their lightweight, compact design lets you weld in tight spots or awkward positions. A flame-resistant hood shields your ears, head, and neck from sparks and spatter better than traditional welding helmets. For different protection needs, wear them over prescription glasses, under a hard hat, or without the hood. Use the external controls to adjust power and shade settings without removing these goggles.
As you begin to weld, two sensors detect the light and automatically darken the lens. Unlike traditional green welding lenses, these goggles use a true color lens to enhance clarity and color accuracy. They allow for a better look at your weld pool to increase weld quality and reduce eye strain.
Welding Lens Optical Clarity—Optical clarity measures how clearly a welder can see through the lens based on four categories: visual accuracy, light diffusion, consistency, and distortion. Each category is given a rating on a scale of 1 to 3. The lower the number, the better the clarity. Better optical clarity allows for precise welds, reduces eye strain, and improves focus.

    Flame-Resistant Clothing Kits

Image of Product. Front orientation. Clothing Kits. Flame-Resistant Clothing Kits.
Withstand flash fire for up to 8 seconds—the clothes in these kits can protect you for twice as long as most flame-resistant clothing. Made of rayon/aramid, the coveralls and mask absorb moisture to keep you cool and comfortable.
The coveralls have a 10 ft. Kevlar strap, so nearby teammates can pull you to safety without putting themselves at risk if there’s a fire. The reflective stripes keep you easy to see where there's low visibility. The zipper closure on the front is covered by a hook-and-loop flap so it doesn't scrape equipment or get hot. The legs have zippers on the sides as well, so you can fit them over bulky boots. Tighten the hook and loop straps on the bottom of the pants to keep flames out. The sleeves have cuffs with thumb holes to keep the sleeves in place and prevent flames from sneaking in. When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under the coveralls.

Get a broader look at your weld—these helmets fit close to your face for a view six times wider than standard welding helmets. Designed with a smaller lens than other wide-view helmets, they’re lighter in weight and require less battery to darken. When you start to weld, five sensors detect the light and automatically darken the lens. Unlike traditional green welding lenses, these helmets use a true color lens to enhance clarity and color accuracy. They give you a better look at the weld pool to increase weld quality and reduce eye strain.
Built-in solar cells charge the helmet’s battery during use. You can also plug in the battery to charge it while you’re not working.
Internal Slide-Up Lens—Helmets with an internal slide-up lens give you a clear view for grinding and other tasks that require impact protection without a dark welding lens. Turn the external knob to slide the lens up without removing your head protection. These helmets also have a removable hard hat for additional head protection when needed.

Take full control of your shade level with these helmets—you can set the lens to adjust in half-shade increments. They have digital controls behind the lens where you can set the shade number, delay time, and sensitivity. Save up to nine settings to quickly switch between tasks. To switch to grind mode without removing your helmet, press the button above the lens.
As you weld, four sensors detect the light and automatically darken the lens. To improve weld quality and reduce eye strain, these helmets have a wide panoramic view and a true color lens. The lens enhances clarity and color accuracy to reduce the color distortion of your view.
Solar cells recharge the helmet’s battery while you work.

Filter out harmful air while you weld. These helmets have a built-in connection for the included powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR). The respirator supplies continuous filtered air to reduce breathing effort and minimize heat buildup inside these helmets. It also filters out at least 99.5% of harmful particles like smoke, aerosols, and dust. For comfortable all-day wear, they are lightweight and connect to a belt on your back for unrestricted movement. A rechargeable battery powers the respirator for up to 18 hours.
When you start to weld, five sensors detect the light and automatically darken the lens. Unlike traditional green welding lenses, these helmets use a true color lens to enhance clarity and color accuracy. They allow for a better look at your weld pool to increase weld quality and reduce eye strain. A nose cutout lets these helmets sit closer to your face for a six-times larger viewing area than standard helmets for higher quality welds. Without the need for a larger lens to enhance peripheral vision, these helmets are lighter and have longer battery life. Solar cells recharge the helmet’s battery while you work.
Internal Slide-Up Lens—Helmets with an internal slide-up lens offer a clear view for grinding and other tasks that require impact protection without a shaded view. Turn the external knob to slide the lens up without removing your head protection. These helmets also have a removable hard hat for additional head protection when needed.

    Lenses

No need for goggles or glasses under these helmets. They have two lenses to protect your eyes against welding laser light. A nose cutout lets these helmets sit closer to your face for a six-times larger viewing area than standard helmets for higher quality welds. Without the need for a larger lens to enhance peripheral vision, these helmets are lighter and have longer battery life. Unlike traditional green welding lenses, these helmets use a true color lens to enhance clarity and color accuracy. They give you a better look at your weld pool to increase weld quality and reduce eye strain.
Standard Welding Lens—Helmets with a standard lens are suitable for laser use only. The lens stays at a fixed shade number and does not adjust based on intensity. Charge them with a USB cord.
Auto Darkening—Helmets with an auto-darkening lens let you switch between regular and laser welding without changing your head protection. When you start to weld, five sensors detect the light’s intensity and automatically darken the lens. Built-in solar cells charge the helmet’s battery during use. You can also plug in the battery to charge it while you’re not working.

Also known as pancake welding helmets, these helmets have a flat face so you can get close to your welds. They’re often used when welding pipes, but are also useful where a standard welding helmet would be too bulky. These helmets extend further on one side than a standard welding helmet does for increased face protection from UV light, sparks, and spatter. A balsa wood box mounted inside the helmet fits around your face and eyes to block all light, even when working outdoors. Sand the box for a customizable fit. Designed for all-day comfort, they’re made of lightweight carbon fiber and have an open back for plenty of airflow.
These helmets have a large viewing area for a clear view of your workspace. The instant you start to weld, the lens darkens. Solar cells recharge the helmet’s battery while you work.
Choose a helmet based on which hand you use to hold your torch—they’re designed to protect the side opposite your welding hand, where sparks are most likely to fly. This means that left-hand helmets extend further on the right while right-hand helmets extend further on the left.
Carbon Fiber Helmet—Warning: These helmets are made of carbon fiber, a conductive material. Never let them touch the welding rod holder and the material your ground cable is on at the same time. This could result in electrical shocks, burns, or eye injuries.
