Strip-Resistant Screws for Sheet Metal
Also known as Fastite screws, these offer more thread engagement in 0.028" to 0.063" thick sheets to prevent overtightening and damaging threads. They're made from steel and have a zinc plating to resist corrosion in wet environments. Length is measured from under the head. These screws have a triangular shank and may have a slightly different diameter than standard screws.
