Fire Extinguishers
Fight the most common types of fire with these extinguishers. Also known as Class ABC extinguishers, they’re rated to UL A, B, and C standards for fire protection. Class A and B ratings also include a number; the higher the number, the greater the firefighting power.
Single-use extinguishers come fully charged but can’t be refilled. They’re a cost-effective supplement to existing fire safety equipment.
Extinguishers with brass hardware resist impacts and corrosion better than those with aluminum hardware, so they last longer.
Most extinguishers come with a bracket for mounting. Surface brackets hold an extinguisher upright on a wall or other flat surface. Vehicle brackets are more secure than surface brackets—they keep extinguishers from shifting while you’re in motion.

Douse fires without harming sensitive electronics. These extinguishers have a nonconductive spray that won’t leave powder or residue behind. Halotron extinguishers can propel their agent three times farther than carbon dioxide extinguishers, so you can stay at a safe distance from flames. Often used in data centers and server rooms, they can reach fires behind equipment and other obstacles.
