Boxes with nail-on mounting brackets attach directly to wall studs.
Boxes with adjustable brackets mount to wall studs with a bracket on the side, so the outlet box can be adjusted after it’s installed.

Wall plates are paintable. 2-, 3-, and 4-gang wall plates accommodate multiple adapters. One or more of the gangs can be left empty to fit GFCI receptacles.
