Elongation and joint expansion/compression tolerance indicate flexibility—the higher the values are, the more joint movement sealants can sustain. These sealants are best suited to joints between similar materials that aren't exposed to wide temperature fluctuation. For high-wear applications, choose a harder sealant for the most abrasion resistance.

Made for demanding applications, these Kalrez 7075 O-rings hold their shape even after repeated rubbing or compression. More durable than Kalrez 4079 O-rings, they also have higher tensile strength and heat resistance. They can withstand a wide range of chemicals, including acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), potassium hydroxide, and most acids.

More pure than Kalrez 4079 O-rings, these Kalrez 6230 O-rings won’t leach contaminants into your line. They’re FDA compliant for direct contact with food, as well as 3-A and USP VI certified. These O-rings hold up to ammonia, glycerin, solvents, synthetic lubricants, and most acids.
