    Differential Pressure Transmitters for Air

Remotely monitor the difference in air pressure between two inputs with these transmitters. Also known as transducers, they convert pressure to an electrical signal that is interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. These transmitters are often used to indicate a filter is clogged or help you maintain a certain air pressure in ovens, dryers, and HVAC systems. They mount directly to DIN rail or a flat surface without the need for additional brackets. CE marked, all meet European safety standards. These transmitters are rated NEMA 1 for indoor use.
When measuring pressure in ductwork, pair them with a static pressure probe.
For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's differential pressure range and output signal. As differential pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range. Connect them using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.

Differential Pressure Transmitters with Digital Display for Air

With a digital display and selectable differential pressure ranges, these transmitters are a versatile alternative to transmitters with dial indicators. Unlike a standard transmitter that has one wider differential pressure range, these transmitters have multiple ranges to choose from. The selectable pressure range means they are more accurate than standard transmitters since their accuracy applies to each small range rather than a single wide range. They can also be configured to output either current or voltage, while standard transmitters typically output one signal type. The digital display allows you to troubleshoot and monitor differential pressure at the source. Also known as transducers, they measure the difference in pressure between two inputs and convert it to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. They are often used to indicate a filter is clogged or help you maintain a certain air pressure in ovens, dryers, and HVAC systems. All are rated UL 94 V-0, so they meet flammability standards. CE marked, they also meet European safety standards.
When measuring pressure in ductwork, pair them with a static pressure probe. Transmitters with an 8" pressure probe cable include a static pressure probe.
For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's differential pressure range and output signal. As differential pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
Connect them using two wires when using the current output. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices. For voltage output, connect them using three wires—two wires into the power supply and a separate wire to send a signal to the receiver. The receiver and the transmitter share a common ground wire back to the power supply.

Use these air purges to protect your infrared thermometer transmitter and keep it working properly in hot or dirty environments.
Air purges flush out dust, moisture, and other contaminants on transmitter lenses that can interfere with infrared radiation focus and cause inaccurate readings. Connect them to a compressed air line to use.

    Flowmeters for Oxygen

Image of Product. Front orientation. Flowmeters. Flowmeters for Oxygen.
To prevent contaminating your oxygen line, these flowmeters are specially cleaned and bagged. As oxygen flows through, it pushes an indicator up the scale, showing you the flow rate. Mount these flowmeters vertically inline with your oxygen system, so oxygen flows up from the bottom. The flow-control knob lets you open and close the valve at the inlet to adjust the flow rate within the range.
These flowmeters are calibrated with oxygen but can be used with other gases. If you’re using these with a gas other than oxygen, you’ll need to calculate the flow rate by multiplying the number shown on the scale by the specific-gravity conversion factor for your gas.
Cannot Be Sold to Canada—Flowmeters cannot be sold to Canada due to import regulations.

Parker Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulators for Particle Removal

A filter and regulator joined top-to-bottom, these filter/regulators supply clean, compressed air at the pressure you need. They connect to other Parker units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

Parker Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulators for Oil and Particle Removal

Add these all-in-one units to your air supply to deliver clean, compressed air at the pressure you need. They work in two stages: the stacked filter/regulator removes large particles and sets the pressure, then the coalescing filter captures fine oil aerosols. You can connect them to Parker units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—to customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.
These filter/regulators come with end blocks, so you can swap out components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

Wilkerson Modular Compressed Air Filter/Regulators for Particle Removal

A filter and regulator stacked top-to-bottom, these filter/regulators supply clean, compressed air at the pressure you need. They connect to other Wilkerson units of the same series with joiner clamps (sold separately)—even if the pipe sizes are slightly different—so you can customize your air preparation system. The regulator is relieving, so it will exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Add a safety lockout valve to prevent accidental start-ups during maintenance and comply with OSHA lockout/tagout regulations.

Automatic Drain—Bowls with an automatic drain periodically release condensate into the air, eliminating the need for manual emptying.
Joiner Clamps—Joiner clamps (sold separately) create compact, airtight connections between components. They come with mounting brackets.
Mounting Brackets—Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach the filter/regulator to a wall or equipment.
End Block Sets—End block sets (sold separately) allow you to swap out filter/regulator/lubricator components without unthreading your air line connections. The blocks remain connected to your pipe while you replace components between them.
