Differential Pressure Transmitters with Digital Display for Air
With a digital display and selectable differential pressure ranges, these transmitters are a versatile alternative to transmitters with dial indicators. Unlike a standard transmitter that has one wider differential pressure range, these transmitters have multiple ranges to choose from. The selectable pressure range means they are more accurate than standard transmitters since their accuracy applies to each small range rather than a single wide range. They can also be configured to output either current or voltage, while standard transmitters typically output one signal type. The digital display allows you to troubleshoot and monitor differential pressure at the source. Also known as transducers, they measure the difference in pressure between two inputs and convert it to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. They are often used to indicate a filter is clogged or help you maintain a certain air pressure in ovens, dryers, and HVAC systems. All are rated UL 94 V-0, so they meet flammability standards. CE marked, they also meet European safety standards.
When measuring pressure in ductwork, pair them with a static pressure probe. Transmitters with an 8" pressure probe cable include a static pressure probe.
For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's differential pressure range and output signal. As differential pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
Connect them using two wires when using the current output. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices. For voltage output, connect them using three wires—two wires into the power supply and a separate wire to send a signal to the receiver. The receiver and the transmitter share a common ground wire back to the power supply.
DIN-rail/surface mount transmitters give you mounting flexibility. They include the bracket you'll need for mounting it to DIN rail.
Transmitters with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST have passed tests for accuracy.
Transmitters that meet IP67 protect against dust and submersion.

Check the difference in air pressure between two inputs at the source using the dial indicator or remotely using a receiver. The dial indicator on these transmitters operates independently and shows differential pressure in real time for troubleshooting. Also known as transducers, these transmitters convert pressure to an electrical signal that is interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. They are often used to indicate a filter is clogged or help you maintain a certain air pressure in ovens, dryers, and HVAC systems. All are CE marked, so they meet European safety standards.

Differential Pressure Transmitters for Liquids
Used with pumps, cooling systems, and other liquid applications, these transmitters remotely measure the difference in pressure between two inputs. They are also known as transducers. These transmitters convert differential pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. You’ll often see them used to indicate a filter is clogged.

Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.
IP66 rated transmitters are dust tight and protect against washdowns. NEMA 4X rated transmitters protect against weather, washdowns, and corrosion.

- Pipe Connection: NPT Female
- Housing Material: Aluminum
- Connection Material: 17-4 PH Stainless Steel
- Temperature Range: 0° to 175° F
At least twice as accurate as standard transmitters, these transmitters sense differential pressure at an accuracy of ±0.25%. Use them in laboratories or testing applications where the difference in pressure between two points needs to be measured with high accuracy. These transmitters are often used to indicate a filter is clogged or help you maintain a certain pressure in pumps, HVAC, cooling, and other air and liquid systems. They convert differential pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. All transmitters are rated NEMA 4 for protection in washdown environments.

Submersible Liquid-Level Transmitters

Best for measuring liquid levels in applications where traditional mounting is difficult, these transmitters sit at the bottom of your tank. They sense liquid levels by measuring the pressure from the weight of the liquid above them. These transmitters continuously send measurements, so you can monitor the status and manage components in your system. Also known as level loggers, level sensors, and pressure transducers.
Transmitters for liquids with solids have sink weights that keep the transmitter in place in applications with moving solids or agitated liquids.
