    Tire Pressure and Inflator Test Gauges

    Test the accuracy of tire pressure gauges and tire inflation gauges. Designed to higher accuracy standards than typical tire gauges, these calibrators are not meant to be used to regularly check tire pressure directly. Instead, they serve as an objective reference to eliminate inaccuracies and discrepancies between your gauges. To use, check tire pressure first using the calibrator and then again with your tire pressure gauge. Make calibration adjustments to your gauge until its reading matches the reading on the calibrator.

    Pressure Transmitters

    Remotely monitor pressure in general purpose applications such as pumping and compressing systems. These transmitters, also known as transducers, convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
    Transmitters are rated NEMA 4X and IP65 or IP67 and are good for washdown and corrosive environments.

    Pressure and Vacuum Transmitters

    Monitor and control vacuum pumps, air compressors, and hydraulics.     Pressure Transmitters for Oxygen

    Adhere to safety standards and monitor pressure when working with high concentrations of oxygen. These transmitters are cleaned following ASME B40.100 IV guidelines and are sealed in an airtight bag to prevent contamination before use. Also known as transducers, they convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
    These transmitters are rated NEMA 4X and IP65 for protection from dust, weather, washdown, and corrosion. UL and C-UL recognized components and CE marked, they also meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards.

    Differential Pressure Transmitters for Liquids

    Used with pumps, cooling systems, and other liquid applications, these transmitters remotely measure the difference in pressure between two inputs. They are also known as transducers. These transmitters convert differential pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. You’ll often see them used to indicate a filter is clogged.

    Adjustable-Range Pressure Transmitters

    Fine-tune the pressure range on these transmitters to account for changes in pressure readings over time. With an adjustable range, also known as adjustable zero and adjustable span, the top and bottom of the pressure range can be changed by up to 5%. This saves you from having to make corrections on receiving devices, such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), remote displays, and motor speed controls. These transmitters, often called transducers, convert pressure to an electrical signal that is interpreted by receiving devices to monitor pressure or control equipment.
