Tank-Mount Pressure-Regulating Valves for Air and Inert Gas

These valves automatically reduce a high inlet pressure from compressed gas tanks to a lower, stable outlet pressure. All have Compressed Gas Association (CGA) numbered inlet fittings for secure connections to compressed gas tanks. Choose a valve with the same CGA number as your tank and other system components. Valves have a gauge to monitor outlet pressure and a gauge to monitor inlet pressure from the tank.
Choose a valve with a maximum outlet pressure that’s approximately twice your application’s normal operating pressure. Your operating pressure should never exceed 75% of the valve’s maximum outlet pressure.

    Economy Pressure Transmitters

Choose these transmitters when you need reliable pressure monitoring but not high accuracy. Also known as transducers, they convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
Rated IP65, all seal out dust and water from light rinses. They’re CE marked, so they meet European safety standards.
These transmitters connect using two wires to send a 4-20mA output current. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.

    Differential Pressure Transmitters for Liquids

Used with pumps, cooling systems, and other liquid applications, these transmitters remotely measure the difference in pressure between two inputs. They are also known as transducers. These transmitters convert differential pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. You’ll often see them used to indicate a filter is clogged.
For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's differential pressure range and output signal. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range. Connect them using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.

Differential Pressure Transmitters with Dial Indicator for Liquids

Image of Product. Front orientation. Differential Pressure Transmitters. Differential Pressure Transmitters with Dial Indicator for Liquids.
View readings at the source with the dial indicator or remotely using a receiver—these transmitters measure the difference in pressure between two inputs in liquid applications. The dial indicator operates independently of the transmitter and shows differential pressure in real time for troubleshooting. Also known as transducers, these transmitters convert pressure to an electrical signal that is interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. You’ll sometimes see them used to indicate a filter is clogged in a pump or cooling system. Rated NEMA 4X, these transmitters protect against dirt, washdown, and corrosion. They are also rated IP65 for protection from dust and rinsing. All are CSA certified, so they meet Canadian safety standards.
For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's differential pressure range and output signal. As differential pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range. Connect them using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. High-Accuracy Pressure and Vacuum Transmitters

With an accuracy of ±0.25%, use these transmitters in applications that require highly accurate measurement of both pressure and vacuum, such as activating vacuum pumps. All come with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST that states they’ve passed a test for accuracy. They convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the pressure range and output signal of the transmitter. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
Rated IP67 and NEMA 4X, these transmitters seal out dust and water from temporary submersion. All are CE marked, so they meet European safety standards.
These transmitters connect using two wires to send a 4-20mA current output. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.

    High-Purity Tank-Mount Pressure-Regulating Valves for Inert Gas

Reduce contaminants in research sample systems, emission monitoring systems, chromatography, and other high-purity applications that use argon, helium, nitrogen, or carbon dioxide. These valves have a 316 stainless steel and brass body with a smooth finish to reduce dust collection and internal components designed to protect the seal and diaphragm from contamination. They automatically reduce a high inlet pressure from compressed gas tanks to a lower, stable outlet pressure. All have Compressed Gas Association (CGA) numbered inlet fittings for secure connections to compressed gas tanks. Choose a valve with the same CGA number as your tank and other system components. Outlet fittings are Swagelok® for a leak-free seal around hard metal tubing in high-pressure lines. Also known as instrumentation fittings, Swagelok® fittings are compatible with Parker A-Lok, Gyrolok, Bilok, and Tylok fittings.

    Absolute Pressure Transmitters

Monitor and control pressure in portable HVAC systems, hydraulics, and oil and gas equipment. Unlike other pressure transmitters that measure the difference between your system and the atmosphere, these transmitters give measurements relative to zero pressure—regardless of altitude or temperature. Also known as transducers, they convert pressure into an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and motor speed controls. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
All transmitters are rated IP67 for protection from dust and temporary submersion during washdowns.

Transmitters with output current connect using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.
NEMA 4X Enclosure Rating—Transmitters that are rated NEMA 4X also protect against weather and corrosion.

Relieving regulators exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.
Regulators with a T-handle are easier to adjust than those with a knob, especially at higher pressures. However, they require more clearance.
Mounting Brackets—Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach the regulator to a wall or equipment.

    High-Accuracy Differential Pressure Transmitters

At least twice as accurate as standard transmitters, these transmitters sense differential pressure at an accuracy of ±0.25%. Use them in laboratories or testing applications where the difference in pressure between two points needs to be measured with high accuracy. These transmitters are often used to indicate a filter is clogged or help you maintain a certain pressure in pumps, HVAC, cooling, and other air and liquid systems. They convert differential pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. All transmitters are rated NEMA 4 for protection in washdown environments.
For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the pressure range and output signal of the transmitter. As the differential increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range. Connect them using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.

    Sanitary Pressure Transmitters

For use in sanitary applications such as food processing, these transmitters are 3-A certified. They have a sanitary quick-clamp connection for easy disassembly in systems that require frequent cleaning. These transmitters are rated IP66, IP69K, and NEMA 4X to resist washdowns and corrosion. Also known as transducers, they convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. Transmitters are accurate only within the pressure range.
These transmitters connect using two wires to send a 4-20mA output current. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices. Transmitters are compatible with M12 sockets.
