Food-Service Cut-Protection Gloves

Chop, slice, and dice safely and with precision—these gloves keep your fingers nimble while still protecting you from cuts. They’re commonly used with knives and other sharp tools in food-service environments. All meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards for various forms of protection, such as cut, abrasion, and puncture resistance. Gloves are sold individually (order two for a pair).
Gloves that are FDA compliant can be used in direct contact with food.
All have an ANSI cut rating, which reflects the amount of force required to cut through them with a razor blade. The higher the rating, the more protection you get. A common minimum rating in food service, A6 gloves can be used with cutting blades, knives, and sharp wire. Gloves with a reinforced index finger, palm, and thumb have added puncture protection in key areas.
