All meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards for cut, abrasion, and puncture resistance. Their ANSI cut rating reflects the amount of force required to cut through them with a razor blade.
A4—Mitts with an A4 cut rating meet the common minimum cut rating for industrial applications. They’re good for jobs involving sharp-edged materials such as sheet metal and glass. An insulated inner layer provides extra warmth. They also have a separated index finger to easily grip and hold objects.
