    Gasket Tape for Pipe Flanges

Because this expanded PTFE tape is thicker than other gasket tape, it fills the irregularities on rough-surfaced flanges when compressed for a tight seal. This gasket tape is chemically inert, except to molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine.

    Ultra-Chemical-Resistant Compressible PTFE Gasket Material

More compressible than pure PTFE, these expanded PTFE gasket sheets and discs ensure a tight seal. They are chemically inert (except to molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine). Cut with a utility knife or gasket cutter.

    Gasket Tape

Very soft and conformable, this expanded PTFE gasket tape compresses into an extremely thin profile. Use it to create a leak-resistant seal in tight-tolerance applications, such as on precision machinery. This tape is chemically inert, except to molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine.

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Pipe Gaskets. Ultra-Chemical-Resistant Compressible ePTFE Pipe Gaskets for Low Stress-to-Seal Flanges.
Often used with fiberglass flanges where you want to avoid overtightening, these gaskets seal under low torque. They’re made of soft expanded PTFE (ePTFE) that is also known as Gore UPG. Use them to fill gaps in pitted and corroded flanges and compensate for uneven bolt load due to vibration or incorrect installation. They’re chemically inert, except to molten alkali metal and fluorine compounds. All of the gasket specifications are sized to meet ANSI standards. They’re compatible with ANSI Class 150 flanges, so you should use them with low-pressure pipe flanges.

Form a seal even under the low torque needed for fiberglass flanges. Also known as Gore UPG, these gaskets are made from soft expanded PTFE (ePTFE). They fill gaps in pitted and corroded flanges and make up for uneven bolt load resulting from vibration and incorrect installation. They’re chemically inert (except to molten alkali metal and fluorine compounds). Commonly called full-face gaskets, they cover the entire face of flat-surface pipe flanges and align with the bolt holes. All gasket specifications are sized to meet ANSI standards.
