Grease Fitting Cleaning Tools

Flush out clogged grease in your fitting. Tapping these tools with a hammer forces light oil through your fitting and removes contamination from bearings, joints, and other parts.

5 5/16" Long—5 _5/16" lg. tools are compact and easy to carry. They are best for especially tough clogs. They don’t need a dispensing tip to create a tight seal on your fitting, so they apply a more direct pressure than steel tools. But because there’s no dispensing tip, you’ll need to line up the tool with your fitting to connect it. They can’t be used with a hose.

8 1/4" Long—8 _1/4" lg. tools come with an extension hose for hard-to-reach fittings. The included dispensing tip creates a tight seal around your fitting and makes it easy to connect the tool.

Grease Fitting Manifolds

Save time by sending grease from one fitting to multiple points. These manifolds come with everything you need to set up a remote lubrication system. They deliver the same amount of grease to each lubrication point, so you’ll sometimes see them used to grease an entire machine. All lubrication points connected to the manifold must use the same type of grease.

The tubing attaches to the compression fittings on the manifold’s outlets.

Includes—To connect the other end of the tubing to your lubrication point, use a compression fitting, an adapter, or both. Adapters come in a variety of shapes and sizes to reach tight or hard-to-reach areas.

Choose these blocks if you need to lubricate multiple points but need to control how each is greased. Unlike grease fitting manifolds, these blocks have multiple fittings, so you control what each point receives and when.
