Bridgeport Machine Bellows

Guard 9" and 12" travel Bridgeport milling machines by covering their rear knee/upper column and front knee. Do not use with Series II Bridgeport machines. Sewn seams let these bellows breathe, so they retract quickly in fast-cycling applications. The seams will allow small amounts of moisture and dust to pass through. Mount these bellows to surfaces with screws.

Pendant Switch Lockouts

Prevent cranes, hoists, and other machinery controlled by pendant switches from starting up during maintenance. Unlike soft lockout bags, these lockouts have rigid sides that keep control buttons from being pressed while work is underway. With space for four padlocks, multiple people can safely work on the same equipment. These lockouts expand to fit over most switch sizes, and collapse flat for storage. They help you comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 procedures for the control of energy sources that could injure workers.

Cable Protection Tape

Reduce tripping hazards when running cable and cords through a pedestrian area. Tear this tape by hand, then position it on any clean surface, including carpeting. As you breathe through them, these respirators filter out contaminants in the air. Throw them out when breathing is difficult or if they’re damaged or dirty. They're best for short-term use and areas with low levels of contaminants.

To achieve the filter rating, you'll need a respirator that creates a tight seal with your face to prevent contaminants from entering through the sides. Choose the respirator that matches the style you have been fitted for.

N95 Rated—N95 respirators filter out 95% of solid particles. They’re not oil resistant.

N99 Rated—N99 respirators filter out 99% of solid particles. They’re not oil resistant.

N100 Rated—N100 respirators filter out 99.97% of solid particles. They’re not oil resistant.

P95 Rated—P95 respirators resist oil exposure for up to 40 hours and filter out 95% of solid particles.

R95 Rated—R95 respirators resist oil exposure for up to 8 hours and filter out 95% of solid particles.

P100 Rated—P100 respirators resist oil exposure for up to 40 hours and filter out 99.97% of solid particles.

With Exhale Valve—Respirators with an exhale valve reduce breathing resistance and hot air buildup.

Buckle—Respirators with a buckle can be adjusted like a traditional belt. They lay flat against your chest, making them a good option if you frequently remove your respirator.

Low-Profile Nose Bridge—Respirators with a low-profile nose bridge contour to your nose for a secure fit if traditional masks tend to slide down your face.

Mesh Shell—Respirators with a mesh shell hold their shape in heat and humidity.
