Milwaukee chucks have carbide jaws, so they resist wear better than chucks with steel jaws. This helps them maintain a tighter grip on your bit over time. However, they’re more brittle than chucks with steel jaws, so they can chip or crack if dropped.

Lock your bits in to handle the intense vibration and impact of hammer drilling. These chucks have a built-in ring that prevents your bit from slipping as you drill through tough materials such as concrete and masonry. They mount to the threaded spindle on your hammer drill.
Keyless Chuck—Keyless chucks are a great choice for jobs that switch between hammer drilling and fastening with the same tool. Swap bits in and out with a quick twist of the sleeve. As torque increases, their grip will tighten. Twist the ring on the outside of these chucks to prevent the jaws from loosening.
Keyed Chuck—Keyed chucks grip your bit tighter than keyless chucks do, so they’re better for high torque drilling. Use the included key to tighten or loosen the jaws. The ring inside these chucks absorbs vibration to prevent the jaws from loosening.

Thread these chucks onto the spindle of portable drills and stationary machines to hold bits. They're a keyed chuck, so they hold the bit tightly, preventing it from slipping under load. Use the included key to tighten and loosen the jaws. If your machine doesn’t have a threaded spindle, mount them with a threaded drill chuck arbor.
To maximize grip and minimize wobble, choose a chuck where your drill bit diameter falls in the middle of the shank size range.
Medium Duty—Medium duty chucks work for most drilling jobs in metal, wood, and plastic. A one-piece sleeve keeps them rigid when drilling in hard materials, such as steel. For accuracy and longevity, they have hardened wear points and center-ground jaws that grip the bit evenly.

Turn your rotary hammer into a drill. These chucks mount directly into the SDS chuck to hold round- and hex-shank bits.
Keyless Chuck—Keyless chucks let you swap bits in and out with a quick twist of the sleeve.
Keyed Chuck—Keyed chucks grip bits tighter than keyless chucks do. Use the included key to tighten or loosen the jaws.
Hammer and Rotary—Hammer and rotary chucks can be used in all modes, so you can fasten, hammer drill, and chisel with the same tool.
Rotary Only—Rotary only chucks require you to switch your tool into rotary-only mode before using them.
