    Full Brim—Class E

These Type I hard hats protect against blows from falling objects to the top of the head only.
Hard hats come with four- or six-point suspensions—the more suspension points, the better the hard hat distributes the force of impact.
Full Brim—Hard hats with a full brim have a wide front-to-back brim that provides added protection against sun, glare, splash, and rain.
C—Class C have not been tested for electrical protection.
    E—Class E hard hats are proof-tested at 20,000 volts.
Ratchet Adjustment—Ratchet suspensions adjust with an easy-turn knob.
With Mounting Slots—Hard hats with mounting slots attach to face shields and earmuffs (not included).
Reversible Suspension—Hard hats with reversible suspension can be worn backward without removing and reinstalling the suspension—just swing it to the opposite side.
Ventilation Holes—Hard hats with ventilation holes have slots that increase air circulation to keep you cool.

Hard Hats for Top and Side Impacts

Protect your head from more than just falling objects—these hard hats are rated ANSI/ISEA Z89.1, Type II to deflect both top and off-center blows to the head. A foam shell helps absorb impact to reduce force on the head and neck. Tighten a knob on the back of these hard hats for a snug and comfortable fit. To prevent perspiration from getting into your eyes, all have a sweatband. Use the mounting slots to attach accessories such as earmuffs (not included).
Add a face shield (sold separately) that slides down over the full hat brim to guard your face. The toric shape of the shield closely follows the shape of your face to protect your chin and provide a wide peripheral field of vision. These shields meet ANSI Z87.1+ standards. Quickly replace the shield with the streamlined attachment system. Press-to-release slotted adapters make it easy to remove the brackets from the hard hat. Use a shade 5 welding face shield for optimal visibility and protection from harmful light and radiation.

Hard hats with a Koroyd helmet safety system have a layer of small tubes that crumple upon impact to lessen blunt force to your head. Koroyd weighs less than comparable helmet safety systems because it is 95% air. Built-in padding with high-purity silver eliminates odor and bacteria, while a comfort liner helps for all-day wear. For frequent headlamp users, these hard hats have built-in strap clips that keep your lamp securely in place. An integrated TwICEme chip with near-field communication (NFC) technology helps to save lives in an accident. The chip stores emergency contacts and health information and sends your precise location to help first responders. A low profile gives these hard hats a sleek look.

    Climbing-Style Hard Hats

With a low profile, these hard hats give close-fitting protection to your head in confined spaces. They don’t have a brim, so you can see what’s above you and avoid snagging on climbing gear. Chin straps hold these hard hats in place when working in strong wind, upside down, and sideways. For protection from more than just falling objects, these hard hats are rated ANSI/ISEA Z89.1, Type II to deflect both top and off-center blows to the head. Made of ABS plastic, they resist impacts better than standard hard hats. A foam shell reduces the force on the head and neck during impact by absorbing the force.
To add a face shield, earmuffs, and other accessories, use the mounting slots on the sides.

Class C hard hats have not been tested for electrical protection. They have ventilation holes that increase air flow to keep you cool.
Hard hats with MIPS (multi-directional impact protection system) provide more protection to your brain than standard climbing-style hard hats. A low-friction layer inside the helmet allows your head to shift slightly during an impact. This shift directs rotational force away from the brain, so it causes less damage. These hard hats also have clamps for headlamp straps.

Stay cool and protect your head—a reflective barrier in these hard hats lowers the temperature by 20 degrees. A full brim runs around the hat to shield your head and neck from sun, rain, and glare. It offers 12% more coverage than the brim on a standard full brim hat, providing additional protection from the elements. A built-in sweatband keeps perspiration out of your eyes, even if you sweat.
Type I hard hats protect against blows to the top of the head only. A foam shell absorbs impact, reducing force on the neck and head. To fit the hard hat snugly to your head, turn a knob on the back that tightens the suspension. The reversible suspension lets you turn the hat around without taking it off. For example, spin the hat to move a face shield out of the way or turn the hat to fit in a tight space. You can also add attachments such as face shields or earmuffs to the mounting slots on the hat.
C—Class C hard hats have not been tested for electrical protection.
E—Class E hard hats insulate from electrical shocks and are often used near overhead power lines and high-voltage equipment. They’re tested at 20,000 volts.
Ventilation Holes—Hard hats with ventilation holes add another way to stay cool by letting air circulate.

It also fits over glasses. Since they don’t have brims, these hard hats won’t limit your field of vision or keep you from getting close to your task.
Hard hats are Type I, Class E, meaning they protect against blows to the top of the head only and are proof-tested at 20,000 volts. All have a ratchet suspension that adjusts with an easy-turn knob and mounting slots to attach earmuffs (not included).
Add a chin strap (sold separately) to your hard hat for a more secure fit when climbing, working upside down, or moving around.

Often used when operating a crane or climbing a ladder, these hard hats won’t block your view of what’s above you. With a see-through brim, they increase peripheral visibility by 50% compared to standard hard hats with a full brim. Clear in the front and opaque in the back, the brim wraps all the way around to keep rain off your head and sun off your neck. Swap in a gray visor (sold separately) for a shaded view in full-sun environments. A built-in sweatband keeps perspiration out of your eyes.
Rated Type I, these hard hats protect the top of your head from falling objects. They’re also rated Class E and have been tested at 20,000 volts for electrical insulation. Adjust the suspension with a ratchet for a snug fit. Use the mounting slots to attach face shields, earmuffs, and other equipment.

Clip these headlamps right into a mount on your tactical or rescue helmet. You can also clip them onto your gear’s MOLLE strap. These headlamps all have multiple LED color options for different scenarios. Use the red or blue beam in low-light environments to preserve your night vision. The blue beam lets you see more details and color differences than the red beam—you can even read. The green beam shows more contrast than red and blue beams, but it can interfere with your ability to see in dark conditions. Meeting ANSI/Plato F1, these lights have been tested for light output, impact resistance, and run time.
Style A—Style A are best for lighting up long distances where water is a concern. Our most water-resistant option, they’re rated IP08 to handle prolonged submersion. Their spot beam has a bright center to illuminate faraway objects. When wearing night-vision goggles, switch these headlamps to infrared light to see clear, crisp images in dim light or pitch black. You can also program the order that the beam colors appear with each push of a button based on your preference. Bend the arm to direct light where you need it. To keep them from turning on accidentally, they have a digital lockout option. These headlamps include common helmet mount adapters such as ARC, M-LOK, MICH, Picatinny, and ABR.
Style B—Style B project light the farthest of these headlamps. Tilt them up to 90° to point light where you need it. To view clear images through night-vision goggles in dim light or pitch black, switch them to infrared light. A digital lockout option keeps the beam from turning on accidentally. IP07-rated for temporary submersion, they’ll keep working if you drop them in water. These headlamps are compatible with NVG mounts and include a strap if you want to wear them without a helmet.

    Cap Brim—Class E

Often used around furnaces, boilers, and other heat sources, these hard hats won’t warp or weaken in high temperatures. Rated Type I, they protect against blows from falling objects to the top of the head. A sweatband keeps perspiration out of your eyes. Turn the ratchet in the back to adjust the fit.
E—Class E hard hats keep you safe from electrical shocks—they’re tested at 20,000 volts. Made of similar material to firefighters’ helmets, they’re stronger and more durable than standard hard hats. For a more secure fit, add a chin strap.
