Telephones
Phones with a sealed keypad keep out dirt and moisture. They are made from glass-filled polyester to withstand corrosion and extreme temperatures.
Stainless steel cords are armored and have three times the pull strength of plastic cords to deter vandalism.
Optional text telephone adapters make it easier for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech-impaired to use these phones to communicate, by letting them send and receive typed messages. They’re also known as TTY, TDD, and teletypewriters.

For use in hazardous locations, these phones meet UL and CSA specifications for Class I, Div. 2, Groups A, B, C, and D; Class II, Div. 2, Groups F and G; and Class III, Div. 2.
