Pre-Cut Heat-Shrink Tubing

For M7 Series Printers—Tape for M6 and M7 printers requires a compatible printer ink ribbon.

Flame Retardant—Flame-retardant tape meets BS and EN standards for preventing the spread of flames and toxic gas. It also meets ASTM E662 standards for low smoke output.

Low Outgassing—Low outgassing tape produces almost no volatile emissions, even in high-vacuum settings. It meets ASTM E595, which is an outgassing standard developed by NASA for products used in highly controlled environments.

Tape Adapters—To use M6 tape in an M7 printer, you'll need a tape adapter.

Epson (K-Sun) LabelWorks PX LW-PX750

Epson printers can make a wider variety of labels than Dymo printers, including shipping labels with QR codes and heat-shrink wire markers. To add custom graphics and images, connect them to a computer with the included USB cord. They also have an automatic cutter that saves you time during high-volume jobs. It cuts each label off at the right length, even when you’re printing a mix of sizes. Use with Epson LabelWorks PX printer tape. Due to import regulations, these printers cannot be sold outside the U.S. and Canada.

Their color touchscreen makes it easy to preview your designs and adjust settings. Connect them to your computer with a USB cord to import logos, graphics, and custom designs.

Brady—Brady printers can make a wider variety of labels than Epson printers, and they print faster without sacrificing image quality. Use them to create chemical-resistant labels, legend plates, lockout tags and more—they work with any Brady i7100 compatible printer tape. These printers have extra USB ports, so you can plug in a WLAN stick or a Bluetooth adapter (neither is included). You can also load and print graphics directly from an SD memory card.

Epson (K-Sun)—Epson printers have a built-in keyboard, so you can design and print your labels without connecting to a computer. Use the screen to choose a template, add text and images, and adjust spacing. However, these printers don’t print as quickly as Brady printers. Use them with Epson LabelWorks PX printer tape. Rubber bumpers protect them from accidental impacts.

Brady printers can make anything from a standard mailing label to water-soluble or static-dissipative labels. Use any Brady M6 printer tape. They print faster than Epson printers and create higher-resolution images. They also have a color touchscreen, so you can change settings or check the printer status and battery level. Thermal-Transfer Label Printer Tape for Wire and Cable

Make custom labels for wire and cable with your desktop thermal-transfer printer. These labels are only compatible with thermal-transfer printer ink ribbons.

Continuous Heat-Shrink Tubing

Slide heat-shrink tubing tape over the cut end of a wire or cable, then apply heat for a snug fit.

Printer Ink Ribbons—Printer ink ribbons have a standard 1" roll ID. The ink is on the outside of the ribbon roll. To load, unroll the ribbon from the bottom, then feed it under the printer head.

Installation Tools for Heat-Shrink Tubing Labels

Attach heat-shrink tubing labels to wire faster than by hand. These tools are especially useful for high-volume wire labeling jobs. Four barrels of various sizes accommodate labels up to 1/4" in diameter. Slide the tool’s barrel into your printed label to remove it from the roll. Then insert your wire into the barrel and pull the label over the wire.

Use the included screwdriver to secure wire without switching tools. A built-in LED light improves visibility in low-light conditions.
