Choose the right hinge based on mounting style, clearance, leaf thickness, knuckle length, and other important dimensions.

    Surface-Mount Hinges with Holes

Our most widely used hinges are ready to mount to doors and frames. Since they don’t need a cutout, they’re easier to install than mortise hinges.
Nonremovable Pin—The tamper-resistant choice. Since the pin can’t be removed, the door can only be taken down by removing the hinge completely.
Brass—With a warm, polished look, these hinges are typically chosen for their appearance. They also resist corrosion in wet environments.

    Style 1

A hinge and door holder in one, these hinges have built-in stop points to keep doors open at specific angles. They’re often used to vent control cabinets while machines run or keep doors open for maintenance and inspection. If you need more space, push past the last stop to open hinges to 180°

    Slip-On Plastic Piano Hinges

Image of Product. Front orientation. Hinges. Slip-On Plastic Piano Hinges.
Slide onto panels and doors for a secure fit without holes, screws, or glue. Made of a single piece of plastic, these hinges have no pins to rust or collect debris and never need lubrication. The flexible joint operates silently, unlike metal hinges that can creak or squeak. However, these are not as strong as piano hinges with pins.
Polypropylene—Even with the abuse of slamming doors and lids, these hinges won’t crack or break. They also stand up to oil and solvents.

These clevis rod ends offer more corrosion resistance than standard steel clevis rod ends. Also called yoke-end linkages, they support pivoting movement along one axis when threaded onto shafts, rods, valve pistons, and other assemblies.
316 Stainless Steel—Stainless steel rod ends offer excellent corrosion resistance.
