Choose the right hinge based on mounting style, clearance, leaf thickness, knuckle length, and other important dimensions.

    Miniature Hinges

Image of Product. Front orientation. Hinges. Miniature Hinges.
The tiniest hinges we sell can fit on your fingertip. Solder or glue them to attach small covers, panels, and lids.
Nonremovable Pin—The tamper-resistant choice. Since the pin can’t be removed, the door can only be taken down by removing the hinge completely.
Brass—With a warm, polished look, these hinges are typically chosen for their appearance. They also resist corrosion in wet environments.

    Bushings

Secure heavy metal doors and gates without the bulk of large hinge leaves. The compact bullet shape of these hinges takes up very little space on frames and doors. Weld the male half of the hinge to the frame and the female half to the door—then you can quickly lift the door off without removing the pin.
Low-Carbon Steel—Strong and the easiest to weld but will rust in damp environments.
304 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these hinges resist rust. However, they won't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel hinges can.
Aluminum—One-third the weight of steel, these hinges are often used on enclosures, carts, and other equipment where you want to limit the load.

Made of steel, these rod ends generally handle higher loads than stainless steel, aluminum, and nylon rod ends. They don’t come lubricated, so you’ll need to lubricate them during installation and on an ongoing basis.

These clevis rod ends offer more corrosion resistance than standard steel clevis rod ends. Also called yoke-end linkages, they support pivoting movement along one axis when threaded onto shafts, rods, valve pistons, and other assemblies.
Zinc-Plated Carbon Steel—Zinc-plated steel rod ends offer moderate corrosion resistance.
316 Stainless Steel—Stainless steel rod ends offer excellent corrosion resistance.
