Create holes in metal, plastic, and fiberglass by using a wrench or driver to draw the punch onto the included stud. Drill pilot holes slightly larger than the size of the stud. These punches are also known as knockout and chassis punches.

Self-Centering Stud-Driven Round Hole Punches for Pipe and Conduit

Make accurate holes every time. Drill a pilot hole into your workpiece—the center of these punches fits inside the pilot hole to keep cuts aligned. The pilot hole should be slightly larger than the size of the stud. The die’s design splits the punched out plug in two for easy removal. These are also known as knockout and chassis punches. These punches require a hydraulic driver.
