Also known as heat blankets, these heaters completely surround containers for fast heating and increased heat retention in unheated and drafty areas. Do not use in hazardous areas.

Heaters with an adjustable thermostat automatically turn on when the temperature drops below your set temperature and off when it rises above your set temperature. Adjust the set temperature with the keypad. Those heaters for 56" high containers have an extended frame to fit pump housing, an opening for the pump equipment, and a cover with a flap to insulate the opening. Use them for epoxies, diesel exhaust fluid, water, chemicals, resins, rubber, and other materials with pumping applications.

Heaters without temperature control require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) for regulating heat output. Some have a resettable fuse that opens if the heater temperature rises above the maximum heat output to prevent overheating. Once you set them up, there’s no need to monitor these heaters because they have one consistent, safe temperature. There’s no risk of tampering with the temperature, which could damage containers and their contents.

Add insulated top covers to reduce heat loss and speed up heating. Covers with a through-port access flap give you easy access and further minimize heat loss.
