Install flush with the surface. Then, thread a screw through your fixture and into the anchor. Removable-Screw Anchors for Drywall, Plaster, and Wood Paneling

Insert a screw and turn it to expand the anchor. For high volume tasks, use the optional installation tool—it doesn't require any twisting.
