These racks, also known as bakery carts and bun racks, are often used for food service, electronics, and small-parts assembly applications. They meet NSF/ANSI 2 standards for food equipment. Access from either side makes it easy to load and unload the slide-in trays (sold separately).

Zinc-plated steel has good corrosion resistance. Aluminum has excellent corrosion resistance.

A bumper on the casters protects walls and furniture from damage. Carts assemble easily without tools—snap the split sleeves onto the frame to support the shelves.

Wire shelves minimize dust accumulation and maximize air circulation. Solid shelves are best suited for small items and items with feet that could fall through wire shelves.

Made of stainless steel and welded, these carts combine corrosion resistance with the strength and durability of steel carts.

Style A and C carts have lips on three sides of the top and middle shelves to prevent items from sliding off and a flush side for a smooth work surface.

Carts with two swivel and two rigid casters have better steering control. Polyurethane tread-on-core wheels have a hard core for strength and an abrasion-resistant, nonmarking, and shock-absorbing tread for cushioning. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris.

Front bumpers and handle bumpers protect walls and furniture from damage.

Food Industry Stainless Steel Carts

Not only are these carts corrosion resistant, they also meet NSF/ANSI standards so they're suitable for food processing applications.

Style A carts have solid shelves to keep small items and items with feet from falling through with a reinforced edge that is rolled under for easy cleaning. They are welded for added strength. The casters have rubber wheels that absorb shock, are quiet, and provide good traction on all surfaces.

Style B carts have adjustable wire shelves that minimize dust accumulation and maximize air circulation. Carts assemble quickly without tools—split sleeves snap around the frame to hold the shelves. Shelves adjust on 1" centers. Extra shelves (sold separately) can be added by removing the casters. The casters have bumpers to protect walls from damage and polyurethane tread-on-core wheels with a hard core for strength and an abrasion-resistant, nonmarking, and shock-absorbing tread for cushioning. Washdown casters can be sprayed clean.
