    Epoxies are the strongest and most chemical-resistant structural adhesives. They bond especially well on metal.
    These adhesives come in two parts that need to be mixed. The container size listed is the combined total of the two parts.
    7524A161 is solvent free. If the adhesive hardens in the tube, soften in warm water before dispensing.
    Cartridge—To mix and dispense these adhesives, you'll need a mixer nozzle and dispensing gun.
    Paste—Thicker than liquid adhesives but still spreadable—good for filling gaps and covering surfaces.
    Thick Liquid—Flow into narrower gaps than gels and pastes, but thick enough to stay put on uneven surfaces.

    Epoxies are the strongest and most chemical-resistant structural adhesives. They bond especially well on metal. Choose an adhesive that hardens quickly for fast repairs, or one that hardens slowly to allow more time for positioning.
    These adhesives come in two parts that need to be mixed. The container size listed is the combined total of the two parts.
    Model Number E-120HP—Resist acetone, fuel, and oil. These adhesives also bond dissimilar materials and withstand rapid changes in temperature.
    Model Number 9430—Resist fuel and hydraulic fluid.

    Epoxy Potting Compounds

    Encase electronic assemblies in a layer of epoxy for protection from dust, chemicals, moisture, mechanical shock, and vibration.     Handle potted items within minutes—these potting compounds dry quickly when exposed to UV light. For added strength and durability, cure them with heat. Since they’re epoxy, they won’t break down from chemicals or moisture. They’re also excellent electrical insulators and withstand a wide range of temperatures. Use them to shield components from dust, moisture, chemicals, mechanical shock, and vibration. You need a mixer nozzle (not included) and a gun and plunger (both sold separately) to dispense. The nozzle lets you apply these compounds precisely.
    For maximum effectiveness, these compounds need to be heat cured after they’re cured with UV light. Overall dry time includes heat curing at 149° F.
