Made-to-Order Pleated Panel Air Filters

If you need a pleated panel filter with unique dimensions, we’ll get it made. These are the most common type of HVAC replacement filters. The pleats collect more dust than flat panels without blocking airflow. The cardboard frame is treated to resist humidity. The galvanized steel grill prevents sagging.

How to order:

Calculate the filter area you need by multiplying your filter length × width.
Find the thickness and filter area range you need.
Select the corresponding part number and enter your length and width.

For filters larger than 23" × 30", select 3923T999. Then enter the thickness, length, and width you need.
