Externally monitor the air temperature inside freezers, refrigerators, water baths, and incubators. These thermometers come with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST that states they’ve passed a test for accuracy. The probe is insulated in a bottle filled with mercury-free fluid to prevent false readings from rapid temperature changes such as opening freezer doors.
The display simultaneously shows the high, low, and current temperatures. These thermometers have a programmable alarm to indicate when temperature rises above or below your actuation point.
10 ft. Long Cable—Thermometers have a probe with a 10-ft. cable that connects to a magnetic-back external display.

    Magnetic Thermocouple Probes for Surfaces

Often used where it’d be difficult to mount a standard probe, these probes stick onto magnetic surfaces to take temperature readings. They have a magnet that holds them firmly in place on motors, bearings, and other surfaces. A spring behind the probe protects the cable from strain that could cause it to fray or break. Pick the thermocouple type that best covers the temperature range you expect your surface to be. You should also make sure the thermocouple type you choose is compatible with the devices you plan to connect it to. They’re often used with temperature controllers, thermometers, and other temperature-reading devices.

Wire Leads—Probes with wire leads offer more flexibility than probes with connectors already attached because you can either wire them to a terminal block or add your own connector. For installation, note that the red wire is negative.
Spring-Loaded Probe—Spring-loaded probes help keep readings accurate by making sure the tip stays in constant contact with the surface you're measuring. These probes are manufactured to conform to ASTM E230 for accuracy. Accuracy is how far off the reported value is from the actual temperature.

Keep machinery running smoothly by monitoring its health and status from your computer. Often used with electric motors, pumps, and lathes, these kits measure changes in vibration and temperature—identifying equipment problems and potential failures before they occur. Plug in the sensor, set your thresholds, and view data directly on your screen. You’ll also receive email notifications when vibrations move beyond your specified range, making them good for preventative maintenance. These sensors are 20 times faster than our other vibration monitors, and they don’t require devices such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to operate.
Sensors mount directly to your equipment. Use the magnetic base for quick installation, or use the threaded hole for a more permanent setup. Once the sensor is hooked up, you can either wire it directly to the receiver or connect it to the wireless transmitter to view data remotely.
USB Connection—Kits with a USB connection link only to your computer for direct and easy monitoring.
Power-Over-Ethernet—Kits with an Ethernet connection can be configured to a wider network, transmit data over longer runs of cable, and integrate into other automated systems, such as a PLC.

Handheld Magnetic Thermocouple Probes for Surfaces

Measure temperatures around your facility by sticking these probes onto magnetic surfaces. They come attached to a cable that's ready to plug into a handheld thermometer. The handle provides a comfortable grip as you move from spot to spot. It also keeps your hands at a safe distance from hot surfaces as you use the probe. Thanks to their high-strength magnet, they'll stay firmly in place even in high-vibration spots, like on motors and bearings. For accurate readings, a spring pushes the probe tip forward, keeping the tip in constant contact with the surface you're measuring.
Pick the thermocouple type that best covers the temperature range you expect your surface to be. You should also make sure the thermocouple type you choose is compatible with the devices you plan to connect it to.
These thermocouples are manufactured to conform to ASTM E230 for accuracy. Accuracy is how far off the reported value is from the actual temperature.

Monitor the health of pumps, engines, and other rotating equipment from your wireless device. These battery-powered sensors measure speed, acceleration, and temperature to help identify potential problems related to balance, alignment, and lubrication. Good for daily maintenance checks, they're battery powered and magnetic, so you can stick them on a machine, take a reading, and move to the next machine. They send readings using Bluetooth, which you can review in the field or offsite.
Install the app on your device and create profiles for multiple pieces of equipment—once created, you won’t have to enter information each time you want to do a maintenance check. Based on your machine profiles, the app will set default alarm thresholds. It will also recommend courses of action.
Cannot Be Sold To—Sensors and replacement chargers cannot be sold to certain regions due to local energy efficiency regulations.
