    Metal 22 mm Panel-Mount Lever Switches

    Grip and twist a lever to turn these switches on or off—they’re designed to prevent accidental actuation. Install them into standard-sized panel cutouts. They’re rated NEMA 4, 13, and IP66 for protection from damp and dusty environments. These switches include enough contact blocks to control the number of circuits listed. A chrome-plated ring gives them a mirror-like finish.

    Switch Contact Blocks

    Make or break an electrical circuit. These contact blocks mount to manual switches and transmit an electrical signal when the switch actuator is engaged. You can stack multiple blocks, so a single switch can control several circuits. This is helpful in setups that require multiple systems to turn on or off at the same time. For example, the switch on a conveyor line could turn off the conveyor and turn on a diverter and alarm.
    Quick-Make Contact—Quick-make blocks close the contacts milliseconds before the push-button or lever is fully actuated, so they’re often installed in safety systems. For example, you can connect one quick-make block and one standard block to a switch that controls two circuits—this ensures one contact turns on or off before the other.

    22 mm Multifunction Panel-Mount Push-Button Switches

    Save space on your panel by using one switch for several tasks. These switches actuate with the push of a button. Because they mount flush against a panel, they’re easy to clean and less likely to get damaged from impact than switches that stick out. The buttons are distinct colors to help operators quickly identify actions.
    These switches require contact blocks (sold separately), which determine the switch starting position.

    Immediately cut power with a single push. These switches meet EN 418 for compliance with European machine directives for emergency stop applications. All have positive force contacts that will open a circuit when actuated even if a spring fails or the contacts stick. They include enough contact blocks to control the number of circuits listed.
    Note: Illuminated switches include a bulb. If wiring the switch and the bulb to the same circuit, the circuit voltage must not exceed bulb voltage.
    IP66 Enclosure Rating, NEMA 4 Enclosure Rating, and NEMA 13 Enclosure Rating—Key reset, pull reset, illuminated pull reset, and turn reset switches are rated NEMA 4, 13, and IP66. Contact blocks for these switches are rated IP20.

    Aluminum Enclosed Push-Button-Actuator Emergency Stop Switches

    These aluminum switches are rated NEMA 4, NEMA 13, and IP66 for protection from washdowns and oil/coolant spraying. Housed in a yellow enclosure for quick identification, they immediately cut power with a single push. They meet EN 60947-5-1 for compliance with European machine directives for emergency stop applications. All have positive force contacts that will open a circuit when actuated even if a spring fails or the contacts stick. UL listed and CSA certified, they also meet American and Canadian safety standards. The front of these switches is UL recognized.
