Supplied-Air Helmet Respirators for Plant Air Lines
Protect your head, face, and breathing air from airborne hazards while you work near paint sprayers or abrasive blasters. At only 2.6 lbs., these respirators are among the lightest available. Their inner lens meets ANSI/ISEA standards for impact resistance. They connect to your facility’s air line through the rear of the helmet, so the hose (sold separately) runs straight down your back rather than pulling at your side. A ratchet suspension lets you adjust the helmet’s fit. Pair these respirators with an air filter monitor to help comply with OSHA regulations for respiratory protection.
Add extension hose (sold separately) to work up to 300 ft. from an air line. To maintain NIOSH approval, respirators must be used with the hoses listed.
Add a high-intensity, hands-free light (sold separately) for jobs in dark or dusty areas.
Add a cooling tube or a heating/cooling tube (sold separately) to maintain a comfortable temperature inside these respirators. Turn a knob to control the amount of warm air flowing in from your air supply.

They connect to an air pump (sold separately), so you can move between areas and work in spots without an air line. At only 2.6 lbs., these respirators are among the lightest available. The inner lens meets ANSI/ISEA standards for impact resistance. The hose (sold separately) connects to the rear of the helmet, so it runs straight down your back rather than pulling to either side. A ratchet suspension lets you adjust the helmet’s fit.
