    Sheets with Wire Mesh

    Sheets with Foil Facing

These durable sheets resist compression and are often used in oven and power-generating applications. To use outdoors, add metal jacketing.
Wire Mesh—Sheets with wire-mesh reinforcement withstand extreme shock and vibration.
Sheets with Foil Facing—Sheets with foil facing reflect heat. The foil facing is also known as foil scrim kraft (FSK).
Flame Resistant—Flame-resistant sheets meet ASTM E84 0/0 for flame and smoke.

    Flame-Resistant Mineral Wool Pipe Insulation

Keep flames from spreading along process piping. Made of mineral wool and to ASTM E84 0/0 standards, this insulation won't catch fire or give off smoke. It also maintains its shape and strength at temperatures up to 1200° F without melting or shrinking.

Small puffs of loose-fill insulation can be packed as densely as you choose. Pour or blow it into walls and ceilings, or mix it into insulating cements as a filler. The mineral wool fibers are treated to minimize dust. Insulation meets strict ASTM standards for preventing flames from spreading and creating smoke.

    Wear-Resistant PTFE Rods

Image of Product. Front orientation. Plastic. Wear-Resistant PTFE Rods.
PTFE is modified with a filler material to create these impact-resistant rods. They have a super-slippery surface that resist wear, as well as excellent resistance to chemicals and extreme temperatures. These easy-to-machine rods are nonabsorbent, so they won’t swell when exposed to water. They’re also good electrical insulators.
Rulon 641—Grade 641 is often used to fabricate bearings and pump parts.

    Smooth

High-density mineral fiber tiles have a thick coat of latex paint, making them durable enough to withstand bumps and scrapes.
Tiles with recessed edges are indented on all four edges so the installed tile face extends below the support framing.
Fissured and Fine Fissured—Because of their scattered, non-directional pattern, fissured and fine fissured tiles can be installed in any direction. This reduces installation time and scrap material. Fine fissured tiles have a smoother appearance than regular fissured tiles because of their smaller crevices.
70%—Ceiling tiles that absorb 70% of sound are best for busy environments, since they reduce how far voices will carry in an open office.
80%—Ceiling tiles that absorb 80% of sound are best for noisy environments such as conference halls and performance spaces.

High-density mineral fiber tiles have a thick coat of latex paint, making them durable enough to withstand bumps and scrapes.
Fissured and Fine Fissured—Because of their scattered, non-directional pattern, fissured and fine fissured tiles can be installed in any direction. This reduces installation time and scrap material. Fine fissured tiles have a smoother appearance than regular fissured tiles because of their smaller crevices.
Directional Fissured—Directional fissured tiles create a more uniform appearance than the fissured and fine fissured tiles.

Block air and dust from seeping through your drop ceiling grid to help improve air quality and maintain room temperature. These tiles have a gasket around the edge to seal out contaminants. Rated for Fed. Spec. Class 100 and ISO Class 5 clean rooms, they are often used in labs and healthcare facilities. They also absorb 80% of sound to keep workspaces quiet. Coated in thick latex paint, they stand up to bumps and scrapes.
Recessed Edge—Tiles with recessed edges are indented on all four edges so the installed tile face extends below the support framing.

Keep sounds in noisy spaces from traveling to quiet ones. With the highest Ceiling Attenuation Class (CAC) rating, these ceiling tiles block sound from entering or exiting a room. They also absorb 80% of the sound within a room, so they help keep workspaces quiet. Made of mineral fiber, they're durable enough to withstand bumps and scrapes. To prevent mold and mildew from growing, the surface is coated in latex paint.

Prevent your ceiling from sagging in high humidity conditions. Made from a blend of ceramic and mineral fiber, these tiles have excellent resistance to moisture, making them great for labs, food prep spaces, and even areas with standing water. They’re also treated to prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew. A fine fissured texture gives these tiles a dotted, nondirectional pattern. Install them in any direction to help you cut down on installation time and scrap material.
