Miniature Oil-Free DC Electric Air Compressor/Vacuum Pumps

Our tiniest option—these DC-powered pumps generate compressed air or vacuum. Their low flow rate makes them a good choice for precise jobs—like medical device or electronics assembly—where too much force could damage components. Since they don't require lubrication, there’s no risk of oil contamination in the air.
These pumps come with two ports: one for pressure and one for vacuum. To switch from an air compressor to a vacuum pump, disconnect from the outlet port and connect to the inlet. Make sure the outlet port is open to atmosphere or vented.

Portable Oil-Free Electric Air Compressors

Nothing but good, clean air to power tools all around your jobsite. These compressors don’t require lubrication, so there’s no risk of oil contaminating the air or downstream filters—reducing maintenance and downtime. Compact and lightweight compared to standard air compressors, they’re easy to carry and tuck away when you’re finished.
As single-stage compressors, they’re best for infrequent use. They require a cooling period between uses so they don’t overheat. Plug them into a standard outlet. These compressors turn on when tank pressure drops to the actuation point and off when it reaches the maximum.

Portable Electric Air Compressors

Power drills, wrenches, and saws around your facility. Compact and lightweight compared to other air compressors, these air compressors come with handles or wheels, so you can move and store them out of the way when not in use. Because they’re single stage, these compressors are best for infrequent use. They turn on when tank pressure drops to the actuation point and shut off when it reaches maximum pressure.
Choose a compressor with a tank size that matches your application. The larger the tank, the more tools it can power. A greater reserve of air means the compressor can run less often, which keeps it cool and improves energy efficiency for a longer life.
Compressors for intermittent duty require a cooling period between uses so they don’t overheat. Compressors and oil that cannot be sold to the listed areas are restricted due to product regulations.
Compressors for continuous duty run without needing a cooling period. They’re designed for applications that require a constant supply of compressed air.
Note: Pair air compressors with the listed oil (sold separately) to extend their service life.

Portable Battery-Powered Air Compressors
Power pneumatic tools in the shop or out in the field. Compact and lightweight, these air compressors are easy to carry and store out of the way when not in use. They automatically kick on when their tank pressure drops to the actuation point, then turn off when it reaches the maximum.
These compressors use the same battery and chargers as other tools in your lineup. Choose from compressors with and without a battery and charger depending on your needs. You can also add an extra battery if you want a backup.
Makita compressors with battery/charger included cannot be sold outside the United States due to product restrictions.

DC Electric Air Compressors

Get compressed air from a DC power source—these piston compressors can run on a vehicle battery (not included) for use on trucks and heavy equipment, or a DC generator.
12V DC compressors connect directly to a standard passenger vehicle battery. Use them to inflate tires, clean filters, and operate light-duty tools, such as nailers, hammers, and small impact wrenches. For best results with a vehicle battery, use a deep-cycle, large-cell battery rated for continuous use.
24V DC compressors connect directly to a commercial or construction vehicle battery. Use them to power heavy equipment, such as refrigerators or freezers for sensitive equipment—they have two built-in fans that keep them cool when run continuously.
Connector assemblies come with a three-foot hose and a connector that can be fixed to a panel or frame for operating compressors installed in difficult-to-reach locations, such as under a vehicle.

Portable Compressed Air Storage Tanks with Filter/Dryer

Get clean, dry air wherever you need it. The separator, filter, and dryer mounted on these tanks clean and dry compressed air as you fill it. Once full, move the tank to your workspace on its pneumatic wheels.
Connect your compressor to the separator on the side of the tank. It removes any liquid water from your compressed air to protect the filter, which removes oil and particles. Filtered air passes through the desiccant dryer and into the tank. The dryer can be used continuously without having to dry or replace the desiccant. It can be removed once the tank is full for more portability.
Replace the filter element every six months. Service kits include a filter element, O-rings, and everything else you need to service the filter.
