Plastic 22 mm Panel-Mount Lever Switches

These switches are rated IP66, IP69K, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4X, and NEMA 13, and are UL and C-UL Recognized Components. They include enough contact blocks to control the number of circuits listed. Contact blocks are rated IP20 and are UL and C-UL Listed.

22 mm Panel-Mount Build-Your-Own Plastic Push-Button Switches

Choose an actuator and contact block to make your own switch. Actuators are rated NEMA 3S, 4X and 13 for protection from dust, outdoor environments, corrosion, oil, and washdowns. They mount into standard panel cutouts. Use legend plates (not included) to label switches. BACO Controls switches are only compatible with BACO manufactured legend plates.

Cam Panel-Mount Lever Switches

Thanks to their ability to handle higher current than switches with contact blocks, these switches are often found in applications from large motors to warehouse lighting systems. The cam pushes contacts more tightly together than contact blocks, allowing more electricity to flow through. However, they aren’t made to be rewired like switches with contact blocks are. These switches require you to grip and twist a lever to turn circuits on or off, so they won’t accidentally actuate if you bump into them. Mount them in a standard panel cutout diameter.

Choose a switch based on the complexity of your application.

On/Off Cam Switch—On/off switches have two positions.

Changeover Cam Switch—Changeover switches have three positions. They work well if you need to toggle between a primary power source and a backup generator.

Selector Cam Switch—Selector switches have up to six positions. They give you the most control, allowing you to turn on or off multiple devices or different parts of your machine.

Legend Plates—Legend plates (sold separately) give you a way to change your switch’s message.
