    High-Temperature Fiberglass Electrical Tape

Image of Product. Front orientation. Electrical Tape. High-Temperature Fiberglass Electrical Tape.
Insulate wiring and heater coils or secure cables in hot, high-wear areas, such as near furnaces. Made of fiberglass, this tape not only withstands high temperatures but is also tough enough to resist wear from scrapes or constant vibration. The woven construction can absorb electrical varnish while still adhering strongly to surfaces.
Rubber Adhesive—Bonds quickly when applied to a surface. This tape’s tacky grip offers a strong initial hold, but it won’t last as long as tape with acrylic adhesive and leaves behind residue when removed.
Silicone Adhesive—Withstands the highest heat and maintains flexibility in extreme temperatures. However, this tape takes longer to adhere than other tape, so it’s not as easy to handle in routine applications.
