    Corrosion-Resistant Low-Carbon Steel Bars

    These bars are treated for good corrosion resistance. Also known as mild steel, low-carbon steel is easy to machine and form. It's widely fabricated into parts that don’t require high strength, such as enclosures, brackets, and mounting plates.
    Nickel-Coated Low-Carbon Steel—In addition to good corrosion resistance, the nickel coating provides better wear resistance than the galvanized coating.
