Hollow-Cone Ultra-Fine Air-Powered Misting and Fogging Nozzles
These nozzles create droplets less than half the size of other fogging nozzles. All mix compressed air from 70 to 100 psi and pressurized liquids up to 20 psi. Use them for mist coating, evaporative cooling, moisturizing, and spray drying. They have a knob to control the flow rate, a strainer, and a filter. Made from brass, they have good corrosion resistance.

Full-Cone Ultra-Fine Air-Powered Misting and Fogging Nozzles
These nozzles create an ultra-fine spray with droplets less than half the size of other fogging nozzles. All mix compressed air from 70 to 100 psi and pressurized liquids up to 20 psi. They produce a uniform distribution of droplets. All have a knob to control the flow rate, a strainer, and a filter. Made from brass, they have good corrosion resistance.
Nozzles with droplet sizes of 20 microns to 60 microns are good for moisturizing, coating, evaporative cooling, and dust suppression.
Nozzles with droplet sizes of 60 microns to 200 microns are good for washing and applying lubricants.

High-Volume Clog-Resistant Misting Nozzles
A unique internal and external design lets particles in liquid pass through instead of clogging, leading to higher volumes of mist. However, these nozzles produce larger droplets and a less precise spray pattern than other misting nozzles. They provide atomized spray droplets for cooling, moistening, and humidifying applications. They're also a good choice for applying coatings and dust control.
Brass nozzles have good corrosion resistance.
316 stainless steel nozzles are more chemical and corrosion resistant than brass nozzles.
