    Choose the right automatic on/off valve based on power source, pressure, and flow rate.

    Solenoid On/Off Valves for Drinking Water

    Safe for automated on/off control in drinking-water systems, these valves meet NSF/ANSI Standard 61. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
    All valves are fail closed unless actuated. They require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation; the upstream pressure must be greater than the downstream pressure. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.

    IP65 Enclosure Rating and NEMA 4 Enclosure Rating—For valves rated IP65 and NEMA 4, the ratings apply only to the enclosure, which resists dust, washdowns, and outdoor use.
    Flow Coefficient (Cv)—Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

    DIN A Connection

    Wire Lead Connection

    Add automated on/off control to food equipment with these valves that meet NSF/ANSI 169, which designates them as safe to use with food. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
    These valves are fail closed unless actuated. They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. Body is stainless steel for good corrosion resistance. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
    303 Stainless Steel Body—303 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than 430 stainless steel valves.
    Flow Coefficient (Cv)—Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.
    Enclosure Rating—All IP- or NEMA-rated valves stand up to dust, washdowns, and splashing water. Environmental ratings only apply to the valve’s enclosure. NEMA 4X valves withstand corrosive liquid. NEMA 6 valves withstand temporary submersion.
