High-Accuracy Metering Diaphragm Pumps for Chemicals

These diaphragm pumps meter a consistent amount of liquid within ±2% of the maximum flow. Often used to pump water-treatment chemicals, cleaning fluids, and electropolishing solutions, they have an adjustment dial that alters flow rate in 2% increments of the maximum flow. With a 316 stainless steel housing and a fluoroelastomer diaphragm, these pumps resist a variety of harsh acids and alkalies, such as phosphoric acid, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid. They have large internal pathways and check valves with flaps to accommodate thick sewage, abrasive slurries, and industrial waste with large solids that would damage standard air-powered double diaphragm pumps. All are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward to fill the pump chamber. Pumps are submersible and can run dry.
