Plastic Flanged On/Off Valves
Made of plastic, these valves are a lightweight alternative to metal valves. Union fittings connect the flanges to the valve—with a quick turn, you can install and remove the valve without having to bolt and unbolt the flange each time. This is useful for lines that require frequent maintenance and cleaning. Bolt the flanges to ANSI flanges. They meet ASME standards for dimensions, material, and pressure-temperature rating. All valves are full port, so they do not restrict flow.
Use CPVC valves for general purpose water applications.
Polypropylene valves are more corrosion resistant than CPVC valves.
Valves with a lockable handle can be fixed in place using a padlock (not included).
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Flanged On/Off Valves for Chemicals
Bolt these valves to ANSI flanges—they meet ASME dimensional standards. They have a plastic body and a seal that withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions in chemical-processing applications.
PVC valves are the standard choice for most mild chemical processing systems. CPVC valves withstand higher temperatures than PVC valves, so they work well with systems that connect to a heater. Valves with a short lever handle are good for low-clearance lines because their lever takes up less space. Valves with flanged unions are easy to install and remove without disturbing your piping, making them ideal for lines that need frequent maintenance or cleaning. Bolt the flanged fitting to the pipe flange. Install and remove the valve by turning the union fitting.
Full-port valves do not restrict flow. Valves with a vented ball prevent pressure buildup from gases emitted by harsh chemicals, such as hydrochloric acid.

Bolt these valves to ANSI flanges—they meet ASME standards for dimensions, material, and pressure-temperature rating. They also meet NSF/ANSI standard 61, so they’re safe for use in drinking water systems. They're especially useful in lines that require frequent maintenance and cleaning thanks to their union fittings. Instead of having to bolt and unbolt the flanges, they separate with the union fittings. Their lockable lever handle can be fixed in place using a padlock (not included). They don’t restrict flow, since they’re full port.
PVC valves are the most common for drinking water systems.
CPVC valves withstand temperatures up to 200° F, making them a good choice for systems that connect to a water heater.
